Your mission

As the Founder's Associate, your primary mission is to actively contribute to our startup's early-stage growth and development. Working directly with the founders Davide and Constantin, you will play a crucial role in shaping strategic initiatives that lay the foundation of the company. Your involvement will be pivotal in steering our company toward its future, offering you an unparalleled opportunity to experience entrepreneurial leadership and startup dynamics firsthand.

The Role:

• Take ownership of complete topics and projects, driving them to success end-to-end
• Critically question, analyze and improve existing processes. Constantly aim to improve our setupand build world-class processes around it
• Develop and implement business strategies alongside the founders.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to support business decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and investors to open up newopportunities.
