As Founding Engineer at Spaceshelf, you will be shaping not only the technological backbone of our startup but also the company's strategic direction. Your mission involves crafting the initial architecture and leading the development of a scalable platform that revolutionizes e-commerce & retail inventory. You will be part of the founding team and work hand-in-hand with Co-Founders Davide and Constantin to align technology with business goals, drive product innovation, and spearhead the creation and execution of our technical strategy. This role requires a commitment to building a robust product from the ground up and setting the stage for scalable growth.

The Role:

● Architect and Develop: Design the foundational technology stack and lead the development of our core products and services. This includes making critical decisions on the tech stack, overseeing the software development lifecycle, and ensuring the architecture supports scalability and reliability.

● Lead and Innovate: Drive technological and product innovations that can disrupt the market. You will identify emerging technologies that can enhance our offerings and maintain our competitive advantage.

● Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing technical team. Recruit, mentor, and retain top engineering talent and create an environment that motivates them to excel at their work.

● Operational Excellence: Implement best practices in code quality, security, and DevOps. Ensure that our systems are robust, secure, and scalable to handle growth and varying customer needs.

● Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly engage with key customers to gather feedback and align technology development with market demands and business strategies.
