Your mission

As the Founder's Associate, your primary mission is to actively contribute to our startup's early-stage growth and development. You will work directly with the founders Davide (ex VP Consumer Products Delivery Hero, ex CPO Oberlo sold to Shopify, ex Head of Product Soundcloud) and Constantin (Serial Entrepreneur, ex GM Ankorstore, ex Founder Aeyde, ex Zalando). You will play a crucial role in shaping strategic initiatives that lay the foundation of the company. Your involvement will be pivotal in steering our company toward its future, offering you an unparalleled opportunity to experience entrepreneurial leadership and startup dynamics firsthand.

The Role:

  • Lead and own new topics, projects & departments, driving them to success end-to-end, especially within Sales/New business development
  • Open up new customer segments and opportunities
  • Critically question, analyze and improve existing processes. Constantly aim to improve our company and build world-class processes around it
  • Develop and implement new business strategies alongside the founders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and investors to open up new opportunities.

You:

  • Have a high natural curiosity and desire to make a lasting impact
  • Strong experience from a fast paced environment like a high growth startup or e.g. consulting - Strong interest in early startup building, go-to-market and sales
  • Iterate quickly with a bias for action
  • Love to solve complex problems and do not know how to take no for an answer. - Want to have and feel comfortable with very high ownership
  • Thrive with change. Ambiguity and frequent adjustments excite you
  • Thrive in a team environment and have excellent communication skills
  • Excellent academic background from top university
