About The Role:
This is a unique opportunity to drive the future of Solvo.ai as our first Implementation Project Manager. In this role you will have the responsibility of rolling out our SaaS product to Solvo.ai’s customers.
You are a lover of process and project plans, capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organisation. You’re comfortable engaging with functional leaders for project execution and C-Suite for status reviews, and working with customers and teams remotely. You are eager to understand customers’ processes and ensure Solvo.ai’s product fits seamlessly within that. You recognise that effective change management is just as key of a component in any SaaS rollout; as such, you are a relationship builder and effective communicator, comfortable re-pitching product value and creating collateral to enable fluid organisational change. Finally, you’re flexible in your understanding that no two projects are alike and each requires adjustments to approach depending on the circumstances.
What You'll Be Doing:
Implementing our SaaS product across our customers’ organisations in line with client requirements and business needs
Crafting project management plans, accounting for dependencies and ensuring all stakeholders are working to deliver on time
Building a relationship with both internal and external parties (technical and commercial) involved in the project
Embarking on all projects with a value-driven approach, ensuring our customers are getting a good ROI from their investment
Working with clients, running workshops and project meetings to drive effective change management and ensure product adoption
Ensuring that the product is delivered to agreed scope and timelines, reporting KPIs on a regular basis and obtaining sign-off upon project completion
Planning and forecasting resource requirements based on future demands
Implementing methodology and best practice to continue to develop and scale the delivery of the SaaS product
Defining and developing the project implementation process
What You'll Need:
Proven track record of 3-5 years managing SaaS implementation projects for external clients in industries undergoing digital and/or AI transformation
You are experienced and comfortable managing projects of 6+ months duration and tracking timelines with a project management tool (MS Project, Monday.com, JIRA, Clarizen, or other)
You have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on-time, within budget, with high quality and with consistently high customer satisfaction scores
You can lead business critical conversations with clients, steering them while maintaining the relationship and earning their trust
Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, running meetings/conference calls and smaller workshops
Strong presentation skills and a track record of employing effective change management techniques to ensure product buy-in and adoption
Fluent English (written/oral)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the freight forwarding industry
Strong interest in AI and ML technology and an eagerness to keep learning
Additional languages (especially French, German or Spanish)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
