About The Role This is a unique opportunity to really drive the future of Solvo.ai as an experienced Sales Director. In this role you will have the responsibility of driving our expansion plans whilst owning the full sales cycle as you build and maintain relationships with new and existing strategic clients.
You are an adept salesperson, capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization, including the C-Suite as well as functional leaders. You are capable of initiating these conversations and leading the deal to conclusion with both midsize and large companies. You have an in-depth understanding of the buyer journey and can lead a complex, multi-party sale in a highly consultative manner, deeply understanding their strategy and how Solvo.ai can be a critical component of that. You are used to building value in competitive situations and enjoy working on products that require deep product understanding, combined with technical knowledge. Finally, you enjoy building – you like to actively participate in the development of our sales process, the articulation of our value proposition.
What You'll Be Doing ● Build, develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor ● Understand client requirements to meet their specific business needs, driving value for both the client and Solvo.ai ● Negotiate contracts and close deals, achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall revenue growth of Solvo.ai ● Experience to work in fast growth environment and hands-on sales skills ● Work with interdisciplinary teams to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demos, showcasing the unique value proposition of Solvo.ai ● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, providing strategic insights for business growth and driving innovation within Solvo.ai. ● Continuously seek new ways to improve and identify new directions for the company to grow, pushing the boundaries of business development ● Engage with Product and Engineering teams to help drive product strategy ● Utilize Hubspot for end to end pipeline management
What You'll Need ● 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably selling a SaaS solution in freight, with a track record of multi year top performance ● Ability to understand technical requirements and craft solutions ● Ability to develop and execute account plans spanning multiple business units across complex organizations ● Strong presentation skills, particularly in meetings with multiple stakeholders ● Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements ● Superior verbal and written communication skills ● Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment ● Strong interest in AI and ML technology and eager to keep learning ● Fluent English (written/oral).
