What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will

• Create and run custom demos for customers, where the platform is modified specifically for a customer’s needs, and explain how specific operational challenges are addressed in our solution.
• Capture deal-critical feature requests from customers, document them, and communicate them to product team.
• Build a knowledge base of FAQs, both on a features and how-to level.
• Assist in creating product-specific sales material for the asset manager audience.

In addition, we need you to:

• Be fluent in English, our working language. Other languages are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Energy, Electronics, Electrical engineering, Mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of the solar industry.
• Live in or close to Boston, MA.
• Hands-on experience with powerBI, Tableau or similar software. API and/or scripting experience related to report generation is a plus.
