What you’ll be doing
As a Solution Developer working with Customer Success on the Commercial Team, your primary responsibility will be to work closely together with customers to understand their needs, develop functional prototypes that deliver customer value, that eventually will result in new features implemented by our product team. Skyfri’s data pipeline possesses immense possibilities in terms of how to create and extract value, and we are exploring new possibilities every week together with our customers. Sometimes the business need is to automate the generation of a certain report type, sometimes the need is to conduct a new type of calculation in the data pipeline, and sometimes it is about adjusting the UI to represent and view data in a novel way.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and optimize our operations in pursuit of a greener and more sustainable future.
In this role, you will
- Add value to our existing SaaS solution derived from specific customer needs and ensuring our customers’ success in utilizing our solution.
- Identify relevant data sources and collect data from our clients, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and reliability.
- Prepare reports and presentations that effectively communicate data insights and recommendations to our clients.
- Create visually appealing and informative data visualizations, dashboards, and charts to enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with our sales department to develop data collection and visualization strategies that demonstrate the value of our products and services to our clients.

In addition, we need you to:
- Be fluent in English, our working language.
- Have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2 years of working experience, ideally with data related matters
- Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, such as python and SQL.
- Familiarity with industry leading IDEs.
- Proficient with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI, or similar.
