Why this role?

Own the heart of our marketing engine – As Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll take full ownership of our marketing tech stack and lifecycle automation systems. Your work will power lead generation, lifecycle marketing, ABM programs, and everything in between.

Drive scalable growth – You’ll build and optimize the operational backbone that supports our growing marketing and revenue teams, ensuring every campaign and touchpoint is efficient, measurable, and impactful.

Be a strategic enabler – This isn’t just execution. You’ll partner closely with Marketing and Sales to shape how we go to market, evolve customer journeys, and build a high-performing, tech-enabled growth engine.

What you’ll do

• Own and scale Shapr3D’s global marketing technology ecosystem — including Salesforce, Hubspot, Salesloft, and other tools critical to marketing, automation, and personalization.
• Develop and manage robust lead management processes, including lead capture, scoring, routing, and handoff to Sales.
• Partner cross-functionally with Demand Gen, Content Marketing Sales and Product to ensure systems and workflows support business goals.
• Monitor and manage system performance and integrations to ensure accurate data flow, campaign execution, and reporting.
• Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve performance, scalability, and automation across marketing channels.
• Enable the team by building and documenting operational best practices, training marketers on tools, and championing efficiency.
  
  

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in Marketing Operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS or product-led growth environment
• Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, ABM platforms, and system integrations
• Strong project management skills and the ability to independently lead cross-functional initiatives
• Passion for marketing technology, automation, and scalable systems that drive performance
• A strategic mindset paired with a builder’s mentality — you love designing systems that scale
• Clear, confident communicator who can translate complex workflows into simple solutions.
