Sales Development Representative

We are looking for very motivated SDRs to join us in our ambition to take the CAD industry to the 21st century. You will be among the first members of our newly forming Sales Development Team, which helps in building a pipeline of leads for our Sales Team.
Within the organization:
You’ll report to the Sales Development Team Lead and work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations and Marketing.

What will you do?
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach to build a pipeline for strategic and mid market accounts.
- Grow top of sales funnel through multiple channels including phone, email, LinkedIn, and more.
- Work closely with Sales Executives to ensure smooth handoff and a good experience for our future customers and marketing team to identify, position, and sell product value.
- Research companies and add prospects to our outbound list.
- Record all data, document touchpoints, and update and maintain CRM.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, take the initiative to get stuff done, try new things and amplify your successes by sharing your findings with your team.
- Achieve activity goals relating to outbound calls, emails, and social selling.
- Leverage lead generation & CRM tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, etc. to create relationships with prospects & manage outbound pipeline.
What will you need to be successful?
- 1+ years of proven experience in lead generation, outbound/inbound prospecting, business development, preferably in a SaaS or technology-based company.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent listening skills and energetic phone presence.
- Articulate, confident with solid written and verbal skills: ability to clearly and persuasively articulate the company's mission, product and business opportunity.
- Deep interest in understanding business challenges.
- Prior CRM experience (preferably Salesforce).
- Ability to understand technical concepts and possess enthusiasm for technology.
- Team player mentality with the ability to work independently toward ambitious goals.
- Coachable, self-motivated, curious, and resilient personality.
