What You’ll Do

What’s exciting about this role is that you will be tasked with working on a wide range of problems that need solving across the business, meaning your focus will regularly change to support business needs. Some of the key areas you'll be focused on initially:

• Drive Strategic Projects:
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, including the implementation and operational delivery of high-priority projects such as the rollout of new services.
• Support Business Development (BD):
• Bid Writing: Support the Business Development team with writing submissions as part of public tender opportunities.
• Conduct Complex Modelling: Support financial and operational modelling for bids, ensuring thorough and accurate commercial proposals.
• Embed Organisational-Wide Processes:
• Design and implement policies and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as the CQC and NHS data security and privacy frameworks.
• Innovate and Problem-Solve:
• Work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to identify and solve big strategic challenges as and when they come up.
