We are a team of serial entrepreneurs and investors who have joint forces to build and scale roclub. roclub is a Teleoperation Platform for Medical Technology disrupting the way how MedTech is operated:
- Health Organizations will be able to ensure the operation of their medical technology anywhere, anytime and for any exam.
- Medical Technicians will be able to organize their jobs more flexibly, more independently and from anywhere in the world.
- Patients will never again miss an exam or receive it late due to lack of medical technical staff and expertise.
We are building an international scalable SaaS platform with strong IoT focus.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented working student to join our team and assist with the hardware development and logistics. You will play an important role in prototype development and testing, but also support the assembly and provisioning of our pre-mass production batches and take on tasks in the warehousing and logistics of the hardware devices (shipping and processing of returns). You will support the identification and reporting of errors, the improvement of the product and the development of an automated process for hardware testing.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
- You enjoy working with IT hardware, assembling and testing and you approach your tasks structured and independently and with strong motivation and commitment.
- You are conscientious, reliable, and like to take on responsibility.
- People are impressed with your strong detail-orientation and teamwork.
- You are flexible and can work in our Berlin Office close to TU Berlin.
- Absolute trustworthiness and discretion are a matter of course for you.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- Currently enrolled as a student in Germany at a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus.
- Basic understanding of hardware and software testing principles and methodologies (prior experience is a plus).
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills and as part of a team.
