👋 Role overview
We are looking for a part-time Senior product designer with a passion for startups and impact who wants to have a strong contribution to scaling a high-impact start-up.
Start date: ASAP
Location: Paris/ Lyon office, Hybrid or Remote
As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be instrumental in enhancing the usability and aesthetic appeal of our digital MRV platform. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring that our platform not only functions seamlessly but also provides an engaging and intuitive user experience. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
You’ll be part of a team counting: 3 engineers, 1 PO and 1 junior designer.
🔎 Responsibilities
UI and Design System Revision (one-off mission to evaluate)
Conduct a comprehensive review of our platform's overall design, including layout, color schemes, typography, and iconography.
Revise and update our Design System and component library to ensure consistency, accessibility, and modern design trends are reflected across the platform.
Collaborate with the development team to implement UI enhancements effectively.
UX/Product Design (~one day per week)
Contribute to the development and conceptualization of new features, ensuring they align with user needs and business goals.
Provide mentorship and guidance to our junior UX/UI designer.
Structure user research initiatives to gather insights and feedback, translating them into actionable design improvements.
Develop and refine wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, ensuring a seamless translation from concept to development.
⚗️Qualifications
Proven experience as a UX/UI designer, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in designing complex digital platforms.
Strong proficiency in design tools, Figma is preferred.
Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, usability standards, and current UI trends.
Experience in mentoring or leading junior designers.
Keen interest in contributing to a more sustainable world.
