The Role: Founding Growth & Content Lead

This is a founding hire and a pivotal role in Revyze’s story. You’ll lead the charge on growth, combining creativity, content, product thinking, and data. One week you’ll film a viral TikTok, the next you’ll A/B test onboarding flows or launch a referral loop with our devs. You’ll have massive ownership, high autonomy, and the chance to shape both our product and our culture from the ground up.We’re looking for a high-agency doer — someone who moves fast, iterates even faster, and lives at the intersection of Gen Z, content, and growth loops.

What You’ll Do

1. Content & Virality

Own Revyze’s TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Snapchat presence: strategy, creation, editing, publishing

Define and evolve our brand tone and content formats
Make short-form videos yourself — you’re not afraid to jump in front of the camera
Activate and collaborate with creators, influencers, ambassadors
Lead and scale our organic + paid acquisition across TikTok, UGC, SEO, and influencer channels
Manage a growing team of freelancers and interns across markets

2. Growth & Product Loops

Talk to users, watch usage, study drop-offs — and feed insights to product
Analyze cohorts, drop-offs, and user behavior to find growth levers
Design and run rapid experiments across onboarding, push, activation, referrals, and app store optimization
Own and optimize our App Store + Play Store presence
Collaborate with product and engineering on growth features and roadmap
Run community-led growth campaigns — think school takeovers, challenges, ambassador programs

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:
2–5 years in growth, product, or content marketing at a consumer startup
Strong hands-on experience with TikTok/short-form virality
A creative + analytical brain — you think in loops, not channels
You’ve built or scaled something yourself — a side project, a brand, a company
Comfortable owning results and wearing many hats in a fast-paced team
Deep understanding of Gen Z culture, tone, humor, and visual language
Bonus Points:
You’ve grown a personal or brand social account to 10K+ followers
You’ve worked in international or non-French markets
