🎯 The Role
As Growth Lead, your mission is simple: scale Revyze’s user base and engagement across key markets. You’ll own the full growth stack—from top-of-funnel acquisition to retention—testing new channels, campaigns, and tactics to drive sustainable and measurable growth.
🔧 What You’ll Do
Own Revyze’s growth roadmap and KPIs (e.g. W1/W4 retention, CAC, DAUs)
Run and optimize paid and organic acquisition strategies (TikTok, Insta, UGC, influencer, SEO, etc.)
Design and execute viral loops and in-app referral mechanisms
Build data-driven user funnels and run A/B tests to improve activation and engagement
Work closely with product, content, and community teams to align messaging and campaigns
Analyze cohorts and user behavior to surface key growth opportunities
Collaborate with our Gen Z student community to amplify traction at scale
✅ What We’re Looking For
3+ years in growth, marketing, or product-led growth—ideally in a consumer startup
Strong command of paid acquisition + performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV)
Analytical and experiment-driven mindset (SQL, Looker, or similar a plus)
Comfortable wearing many hats in a fast-paced environment
Passion for education, social platforms, and Gen Z culture
Bonus: experience with content marketing, TikTok/UGC campaigns, or referral mechanics

🤝 Hiring process
We’re always looking to improve our hiring process, but here’s what it currently looks like!
(30 - 45 minutes) An introduction call with Pedro (our Tech Lead).
(45 minutes) A follow-up interview with Anat (our CTO & co-founder).
(4 hours) A half-day visit to our offices, where we’ll work together on a tech toy project and you’ll get to meet the rest of the team and talk to Gui (co-founder) for product sense.
(30 minutes) A conversation with Flo (co-founder) for company fit.
