Founder Associate / Chief of Staff
☀️ Summary
Revyze is a learning-tech company building the first global social learning app for GenZ and GenAlpha - a community-powered tool where students can learn through content made by their peers.
We’re looking for a chief of staff to help us grow our 1M+ user base both in FR & in the US. If our work resonates with you, we’d love to get in touch (hiring@revyze.fr).
📲 What you will do
Being a founder associate you will work on company-wide projects by owning targeted streams. You will work more specifically, but not limited to, the below projects:
Product
Scope & frame new features on the app.
Structure & prioritize product feedback from community members.
Explore potential product developments for Revyze (video-editing tool, gamification, DAO etc …) by doing user research interviews.
Help on the product roadmap.
Creators
Create videos to help our students.
Recruit new creators (both online on Discord / TikTok & offline).
Scale our creator's program & gamification inside the app.
Work with Ops to scale potential blockers in our moderation flows.
Community
Participate in the community's day-to-day life.
Connect & engage with our Tiktok / Studygram network (Instagram accounts from 100 to 300k followers).
Others
Prepare future fundraisings.
Watch industry news both in France & internationally.
Prepare the internationalization of Revyze.
Help refine our company values.

You have an entrepreneur mindset: we launched our MVP 4 months ago. We operate on a white canvas and there are so many initiatives that can be taken to improve education. Taking initiative and risks is at the very core of what we want to become.
You are passionate about Revyze mission to democratize access to high-quality education.
You are a constant learner. You learn from your mistakes.
You are passionate about building products & taking on big challenges.
You are a team player. You like helping others solve problems, tech-related or not. You possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable with tackling ambiguous problems and unblocking yourself.
English proficiency is a requirement. International backgrounds or experiences are strong plus.
