The role
We’re looking for a motivated Enterprise Account Manager to support our clients to get more value from Revio, to facilitate increased customer revenue, retention, and advocacy. In this role you will:
Build relationships with a portfolio of major clients to understand their needs, resolve issues, and identify upsell or new feature opportunities.
Own the post-sale onboarding and support process by acting as a bridge between sales, engineering, and customers, to enable a seamless transition from sales to go-live.
Obsessively monitor client adoption, usage, and billing to ensure accounts ramp up as expected, with the appropriate support and pricing.
Scale contract values through expanding share of wallet and product uptake.
Provide regular reports on progress of accounts and identify any changes in client engagement.
Serve as a communication hub between customers and internal team members, to maintain a strong feedback loop between sales and product. Identify areas where we could assist clients further.
Where relevant, assist customers in the design and monitoring of pilots and proactively manage relationships to optimize conversion and renewal rates.
[In time] Build and manage a team of Account Managers, creating a strong culture and maintaining a high quality bar.
Who you are
A dynamic self-starter who champions the customer and can establish the relationships, systems, and processes to help them succeed.
5+ years of experience in account management in an enterprise-focused company, ideally a fast-paced B2B scale-up.
Strong people skills and influence, with an ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients and internal team members.
Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and lead presentations to clients
Sharp problem solver with a demonstrated ability to prioritize, self-start, meet deadlines, and contribute under pressure.
Entrepreneurial mindset, thinking from an ‘owner’ mentality about the business and how to support its growth.
Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities at the same time, contributing under pressure.
Experience in a B2B / enterprise-focused scale-up is required.
Experience in payments / fintech is a plus.
