Your mission:

Resourcify's vision is to enable a zero-waste future - and you'll play an essential role in shaping our recycling platform, and leading the transformative journey of the sector through our products, bringing our vision to life.

Waste management is an overly complex topic and as the technical project manager of one of our key products, you’ll be the go-to person responsible for ensuring we are helping reduce this complexity, solve day-to-day challenges of our business partners and enable them to become zero-waste.

By driving initiatives with key collaborators internally and externally, you will be ensuring that we are solving customers' problems with delightful and valuable experiences. You will be working day-to-day with our engineering, support, operations and sales teams to ensure that we are maximizing this value for our partners.

Your responsibilities:

• As our technical project manager, You will lead the product development of one of our core product lines through collaboration across the org to ensure we are executing our shared vision. You are expected to be a highly hands-on technical oriented PM, who is comfortable getting into the technical details of each topic on your team’s focus
• You will work closely with the Business Unit lead of your business unit and will oversee a product backlog on Jira to steer the development of the core product.
• You drive the product development of a key part of our platform. Your areas of responsibility require you to have a good understanding of SW development, system architecture, automated process management systems, invoicing, and billing SW.
• You own outcome-oriented targets and ensure that your team is to deliver them, moving well between ‘big picture’ thinking and finite granular details.
• You work with the design, Ops, support and engineering teams to craft relevant customer experiences, from ideation, through development, to launch, growth, and maintenance.
• You are the day-to-day point person in the engineering teams to ensure complex requirements are broken down into clear simple objectives & acceptance criteria to maximize value.
• You use data and UX research to gather insights, refine solutions, and justify your decisions.

What you'll bring along to be successful:

• You have 2-4 years of product management, technical project management and/or product development experience, ideally in a fast-paced Startup environment.
• You have a strong product operations background, attention to detail, and love to organize information, simplify requirements and digest customer input to the tech team. Other stakeholders were always impressed by your tidy and well-populated backlog.
• You have a high level of work ethic and drive! You know how to lead a product development team to achieve its goals, whilst keeping them focused, engaged and happy.
• You have come from previous high pace, highly dynamic, performance environments and are excited by the opportunity to drive one of our key products into the next level.
• You have hands-on experience working with large corporate customers, and you are happy to engage with such customers as part of your day to day work..
• You would enjoy challenging yourself professionally in a fast-paced startup environment that values initiative and experimentation.
• You are fluent in English (C1) and German. Both languages (business proficiency level) are a must have.
