Your mission:

Resourcify's vision is to enable a zero-waste future - and you'll play an essential role in shaping our recycling platform, and leading the transformative journey of the sector through our product, bringing our vision to life.

Waste management is an overly complex topic and as the product owner of the core SaaS product, you’ll be the ambassador responsible for ensuring we are helping reduce this complexity, solve day-to-day frustrations of businesses, and enable them to become zero-waste.

By driving initiatives with key collaborators internally and externally, you will be ensuring we are solving customers problems with delightful and valuable experiences and work day-to-day with our engineering teams to ensure we are maximising this value for our customers.

Your responsibilities:

• You lead the development of a part of the core product through collaboration across the entire organisation to ensure we are always executing our shared vision.
• You will work closely with the Product lead of your business unit and will jointly oversee a backlog to steer the development of the core product. You will both split the product management responsibilities, for example handling discovery and delivery of various user problems and features.
• You own outcome-oriented targets and ensure teams are enabled to deliver them, moving easily between ‘big picture’ thinking and finite granular details.
• You work with the product and engineering teams to craft customer experiences, from ideation, through development, to launch, growth, and maintenance.
• You are the day-to-day point person in the engineering teams to ensure complex requirements are broken down into clear simple objectives & acceptance criteria to maximise value.
• You use data and UX research to gather insights, refine solutions, and justify your decisions.

What you'll bring along to be successful:

• You have 2+ years of product management and/or product development experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• You have a strong product operations background, attention to detail, and love to organise information. Other stakeholders were always impressed by your tidy and well-populated backlog.
• You have experience in product marketing and can drive the growth of the product ensuring its success."
• You are fluent in English (C1) and German language skills of at least B2 level.
