Your mission:

We are looking to hire a Solution Engineer to reinforce Resourcify’s global Sales & After-Sales Team. In this role, the central focus lies in supporting the sales team in closing potential customers. This support involves a multi-step approach, including understanding customer needs, devising tailored solutions, and presenting them to key company stakeholders. The overarching goal is to maximize visibility and secure buy-in for these solutions within the organization. The role offers a great environment for learning and career development, and the opportunity to enable large to enterprise businesses across various industries with Resourcify’s best-in class waste-management solution!

As a Solution Engineer, you play a key role in extending our business to the next level and enable Sales-roles to increase conversion and ensure long-term customer relations post-sales. In doing so, you will work closely with our prospects and help them to achieve their integration goals by understanding their core need, play back to product and support to implement a tailor made solution. 

Your Responsibilities:

• Drive the consultation process, helping to uncover your customers business objectives and current pains
• Guide customers through the evaluation process of Resourcify ensuring that our solution meets key business objectives and technical requirements
• Prepare and deliver value-based and tailored solutions highlighting our powerful platform ecosystem to our large clients
• Supporting customers and answering complex technical questions as first level line of defence for the internal stakeholders
• Contribute to the success of a rapidly growing and evolving organization
• Act as a liaison between Product, CSM and Sales, sharing customer feedback to help craft the product roadmap

What we are looking for?

• 3-5 years experience in project management B2B tech / in a SaaS company
• The ability to conduct effective discovery calls, understand customer pain points, and offer tailored solutions
• Empathy, great communication skills, adaptability and flexibility, and a high degree of self-reflection combined with the desire to care for our customers
• A basic understanding of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) can be beneficial for discussing integrations with other software systems
• Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) can be useful for querying databases and extracting relevant information for client discussions
• Familiarity with CRM HubSpot in order to managing customer interactions and tracking sales activities
• Fluent in written and spoken English and German
• A genuine passion for recycling, technology and people
