Your mission:

You are responsible for bringing our brand, content, and digital experience to life by applying your social media knowledge across our social channels. You will work to raise the awareness of Resourcify as well as promote all of our key content: website, videos, reports, whitepapers, etc.). Moreover, you will make sure that Resourcify rises to the next level of awareness through social media.

Your responsibilities:

• You work closely with the Marketing Team and create the social media strategy for the company to raise the level of brand awareness and position Resourcify as a thought leader in our space (We have some great topics around Circularity, Sustainability, Waste Mgmt, and Recycling!!).
• You will work tirelessly to build communities across social with key influencers and key individuals in our space, including potential enterprise clients.
• You will be a master social media scheduler with knowledge of all major social media tools to handle large amounts of social posts on a weekly basis.
• You will be on top of all trends, news, and topics across social as it pertains to: Circularity, Sustainability, Recycling, and Waste Management. You will also create relationships with all major influencers and companies in this space.
• You will ensure that Resourcify is on the cutting edge of all social media post modalities including: animations, illustrations, videos, layouts, carousels, etc in order to gain the most visibility and engagement with posts.
• You will work with design and content to make sure there is a streamlined process for all social media digital assets and integrate that into the overall content team’s strategy.
• You manage our digital assets and make it easy for team members to be on-brand.

We would be happy if you

• Have 3-4+ years of experience in social media. This is a role for an experienced social media manager who is looking to take the next step in their career. We promote from within and we are looking for someone who is ready to be on a growth path within the company.
• Have worked with all the major social media platforms and tools (Hootsuite, Sprout, Later, Canva, Bitly, etc) in addition to all social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc).
• Have worked in a fast-paced environment, like a start-up, before (preferably B2B). This role is both fast-paced and a high workload due to the nature of our business.
• Have worked with Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Figma.
• Are fluent in written and spoken English (English is mandatory, however some copy will be in German, however German is not required for this position).

It is also great if you already have

• German skills (however not required)
  
• Have any experience with design tools or video/ animation tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe, etc)
• Worked with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or similar
• Worked with Pitch to create presentation designs
