Your mission:

As our Senior People Operations Manager at Resourcify you will be part of the People Team where you are specifically responsible for topics related to payroll, contracts and other operational topics designed to continuously improve the overall employee experience at Resourcify.
This includes being the first point of contact for our team members and also external stakeholders (e.g. external payroll). Besides that, you will also work on more administrative tasks such as creating contracts for new hires or amendments to existing employees.
In this position, your responsibilities cover a wide range of tasks in the field of People Operations and you will have lots of space and opportunities to make an impact.

Your responsibilities:

• You maintain our external payroll system and be jointly responsible for the monthly preparatory payroll across different countries. 
  
• You address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and people managers. 
• You administrate all things regarding people including handling of the HRIS tool HiBob. 
• You take ownership of our onboarding and offboarding processes. 
• You provide labour law expertise and guidance to different stakeholders while ensuring the operations being up-to-date and in compliance with the law. 
• You provide insights into best practices of development and implementation of people and company-wide guidelines that uphold our culture and principles. 
• You drive for improvement of processes to make the People Team work more effective and scalable. 
• You can travel to our headquarter in Hamburg on a monthly basis for max 2 days at a time. 
• You act as a partner to our team members on day-to-day topics. 

What you'll bring along to be successful:

• You have around 6+ years experience in a similar role in People Operations in a fast-paced, scaling and remote company. 
• You have a solid understanding of an outsourced payroll process in Germany. 
• You hold very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field. 
• You are knowlegable of the German labour law and can provide proven experience in this area; knowledge of other countries is considered a plus. 
• You know how to run an outsourced payroll system via an Employer-of-Record solution. Knowledge of running an outsourced payroll system in Austria is considered a plus.
• You hold a BSc/BA in business, accounting or relevant field. 
• You are trustworthy, adaptable and flexible  combined with an ability to multitask.  
• You are able to work independently, show initiative and take responsibility. 
• You are fluent in German and English (oral and written). 
• You enjoy talking to other stakeholders. 
• You have a strong ‘get things done’ attitude and an organised, analytical mindset.
