YOUR ROLE
As a Senior Product Manager - Asset Platform (m/w/d) at remberg, you will drive the development of high-performing and scalable central features of our Asset Platform. You will proactively align with other Product Squads and the Tech Leadership to deliver exceptional results while empowering cross-functional teams.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take ownership of expanding performant and scalable core functionalities of our Asset Platform, ensuring alignment with other Product Squads and Tech Leadership.

• Communicate a clear and actionable vision of your product to your team, plan and execute the product roadmap for your squad, break down complex problems, and define clear specifications for the engineering team.

• Lead product delivery in an agile environment and guide your team through two-week sprints in collaboration with Engineering Management.

• Develop a deep understanding of our market, customer personas, their challenges, and jobs-to-be-done.

• Act as or become an expert in your product and the functionality you own, supporting teams across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Design, and Engineering.

YOUR PROFILE

• 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Management roles, with hands-on experience in both Product Discovery and Product Delivery, ideally in an industry-related application.

• Solid technical understanding of web technologies, APIs, and data analytics, as well as familiarity with PM tools like issue management, tracking, design, and prototyping software.

• Expertise in state-of-the-art Product Discovery and Product Delivery methodologies, with a strong intrinsic motivation to understand market dynamics and user needs to make impactful decisions.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with a talent for goal orientation, excellent communication, teamwork, and assertiveness.

• Fluent in German (C2 level) and English (C1 level), both written and spoken.

• A mindset focused on learning from mistakes, paired with a positive attitude and energy that inspires the team.
