The Market Analyst plays a key role within the Markets & Demand Planning team, supporting cross-market initiatives, commercial planning, and strategic market expansion efforts across Europe. This role combines analytical depth with operational execution, helping refurbed assess new market opportunities, improve commercial decision-making, and scale market operations efficiently.
You will work closely with market leads, performance marketing, CRM, Brand, Product, and commercial teams to support market assessments, competitor analysis, forecasting, and strategic growth initiatives. The role is designed to strengthen analytical capabilities across regions.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex business questions, working across multiple markets, and turning data into actionable commercial insights.
WHO YOU ARE:
- 2–5 years of experience in market analysis, business analytics, commercial strategy, or demand planning within e-commerce, marketplaces, or high-growth digital businesses.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with advanced Excel and BI tool proficiency (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Solid understanding of e-commerce and marketing KPIs, competitor analysis, forecasting, and commercial performance reporting.
- Highly organized with strong project management and prioritization skills.
- Experience conducting market research, business cases and translating data into actionable insights.
- Interest in sustainability and the circular economy.
Location & eligibility: This role is open to candidates based in Europe (including UK) only with a valid right to work.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and commercial performance deep-dives across multiple European markets.
- Support new market assessments, market-entry business cases, and cross-functional expansion initiatives.
- Assist in developing short and long term forecasts, commercial planning frameworks, and leadership reporting.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, CRM, Brand, Product, Finance, and Supply teams to support strategic commercial initiatives.
- Support OKR tracking, growth initiatives, partnership evaluations, and campaign performance analyses.
- Contribute to strategic projects and gradually take ownership of regional initiatives and market expertise development.
