Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fraud and Payment Dispute Associate to join our Customer Service team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving as many disputes and claims as possible on different payment platforms. You will be gathering all necessary documents from merchants, communicating with customers, and ensuring that disputes are handled promptly and effectively.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Manage and resolve payment disputes and claims on platforms.
  • Collect and organize necessary documentation from merchants to support dispute cases.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to gather additional information and provide updates on dispute status.
  • Work closely with special support customer service agents, finance team, and external points of contact from payment platforms to ensure seamless dispute resolution.
  • Adapt to process changes quickly and implement new strategies to improve productivity and effectiveness.
  • Maintain precise and organized records of all disputes and claims.
  • Ensure timely responses and resolutions to all dispute cases.
  • You will also be responsible for fraud enquiries and answer requests from the police and banks

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and German. Extra languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with payment platforms such as Stripe and PayPal is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including customer service, finance, and external partners.
