Do you want to use your passion and talent to make consumption more sustainable?

We're Europe's fastest-growing marketplace for refurbished products, empowering customers to acquire items up to 40% cheaper while making a substantial impact on reducing CO2 emissions compared to buying new devices.

Since our launch in February 2017, we grew to more than 300 employees and expanded across the European region. Throughout this journey, we've successfully concluded three substantial funding rounds, selling hundreds of thousands of products. Thanks to our team's efforts, we were recognized as the Top Employer in the DACH region (2023 and 2024) by Kununu and secured the title of an ACM Preferred Employer (2023).

As an IT Administrator at refurbed, you will work closely with your colleague to maintain and enhance our IT systems, ensuring stability, security, and efficiency. You will have the opportunity to utilise your technical knowledge in Windows administration and networking to identify and resolve complex issues, implement best practices, and drive forward projects that enhance our IT infrastructure. Typically, around 60% of your time will be spent on supporting our staff (helpdesk).

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT administration, with a focus on Windows systems and networking.
  • Understanding of Linux/Unix systems (installation, configuration, administration).
  • At least basic programming/scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python).
  • Proficiency in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft Intune, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
  • Understanding of networking principles and protocols, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching.
  • Experience working in a small team environment, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as present news to the company.

What you'll do:

  • Provide comprehensive technical support to internal staff through the IT helpdesk, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical challenges promptly and effectively. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering clear and concise solutions tailored to the end-user's needs and technical proficiency.
  • Participate in maintaining and improving the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking components.
  • Work collaboratively to drive projects aimed at enhancing system reliability, security, and performance.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Implement and enforce best practices and standards to optimise system functionality and security.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical insights and recommendations.
  • Document solutions, processes, and configurations to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure continuity of operations.
