For our Supply department, we are looking for an outstanding (B2B) Sales & Account Manager to grow refurbed’s newest category: refurbed sports. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales and account management within the sporting industry and is excited to super-charge our refurbished sports offering.

  • You have a background in B2B sales and account management having previously worked at a retailer, brand or marketplace
  • You have a passion for sales and can effectively generate leads, as well as onboard and manage high-value partners
  • You have a wide network within the sporting industry that you’re ready to leverage to bring the sports category to the next level
  • You have an in-depth understanding of the key developments and challenges faced by industry players
  • You love dealing with people and they love dealing with you
  • You’re creative and highly analytical, thinking on your feet to find solutions
  • You have experience in effectively managing cross-functional projects, setting and tracking appropriate KPIs and goals
  • Prioritisation & time management are your superpowers
  • You are fluent in English & German (other European languages is a plus)
  • You’re a self-starter, you can work independently and like to set yourself targets to achieve
  • You are able to travel occasionally within the EU (to trade fairs, partner visits, etc)


Your mission will be to work as of part of a team in growing the Sports category at refurbed. You’ll connect with the biggest brands and retailers and work with them to navigate the path to being more sustainable by selling their ‘like new’ products through the refurbed marketplace.

  • You’ll contribute to the expansion of our current supplier portfolio by securing, onboarding and managing new top-tier partners
  • You’ll manage and grow existing accounts
  • You work together with suppliers, feedbacking their needs to the relevant teams, to offer a first-class sales experience and boost revenue
  • You’ll analyse data and trends to identify high-potential opportunities and act upon these to maximize growth, revenue and satisfaction for our partners
  • You’ll closely collaborate with our marketing and product departments to further grow and improve the sports category
  • You’ll stay up-to-date on industry trends, identify opportunities on both supply and customer end
  • You’ll network, build brand awareness and attend relevant events around Europe
