As a CRM Trainee in our Marketing department, envision yourself as a creative problem solver with a background in marketing or communications, fueled by a passion for customer communication and a drive to contribute to our overall success.
WHO YOU ARE:
- You completed your university education with a strong focus on marketing and/or communications or have equal work experience
- You have had first experiences/internships in Marketing, experience in email marketing is a plus but not a must
- You are a creative problem solver with strong analytical skills
- You have a passion for communication and you understand how it can improve our customers’ happiness and brand affinity.
- You want to grow fast and take on responsibility
- You care about the world and want to join great colleagues in making a difference
- You are fluent in German and have excellent English skills
- Experience with CRM or Data Management tools is appreciated
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- You manage all direct customer communication channels across multiple tools and platforms (e.g. email, onsite, messenger, etc.) together with our Senior CRM Managers
- You identify and define relevant existing customer segments and develop targeted promotions
- You work on automating customer communications to ensure the right message reaches the right customer at the right time
- You identify, set up and evaluate A/B tests to improve our Email performance
- You continuously analyze the performance of your channels and derive strategies for the entire customer life cycle
- You coordinate cross-departmentally to generate and plan our communications’ content
- You collaborate with our Customer Service department to make sure our customers are happy
