With continuous year-over-year growth and expansion across Europe, backed by leading industry investors, Marketing, Brand & Communications will be a critical lever in accelerating our next stage of scale.
This isn’t a typical B2C playbook. Our category is complex, competitive, and full of untapped potential. You won’t just manage CACs - you’ll build the full growth engine, from strategy to hands-on execution across online and offline channels, and help establish Raus as the European category leader in experiential outdoor hospitality.
We are looking for someone to join our Berlin headquarters (with home-office flexibility) in a full-time role.
In this role, you will:
Build and lead a high-performing Marketing, Brand & Communications team (currently 5 FTE); hire, coach, set goals, and develop the operating model further
Own all marketing channels end-to-end across Online as well as Offline and establish a setup that allows continuous testing to identify the most impactful playbooks; Conversational (whatsapp), Podcast, TikTok
Own and Develop the Raus brand: positioning, narrative, identity — establish Raus as the category defining brand
Scale SEO and our GEO muscle as an emerging acquisition channel
Own PR/Communications: messaging & narrative architecture, media relations, creator/influencer and partnership strategy
Strengthen lifecycle/CRM (email, push, in-app, referral) to improve activation, retention, and LTV
Pilot and scale non-digital growth plays — OOH, print, experiential/PR stunts — with clear hypotheses and lightweight measurement to unlock repeatable, word-of-mouth growth
Drive our Performance Marketing engine across Meta, native, paid search and affiliates and explore new channels
Own measurement & economics: attribution, incrementality, LTV/CAC, payback, and a transparent KPI stack
Build brand-led growth to reduce performance dependency
Launch storytelling format and drive organic reach and awareness through zeitgeist-aligned, PR-worthy campaigns
Expand brand partnerships to unlock new audiences
Maximize influencer efficiency and measurable impact
Build out CRM for personalized lifecycle communication - incentives to boost guest feedback volume
Within your team you will own our distribution & revenue Mgmt
Work closely with the founders and executive team to actively shape business strategy
