- Own Rainbow's applications to ICVCM, CORSIA, CRCF and further integrity and compliance schemes: drafting submissions, answering clarifications, leading Standard revisions and supporting methodology revisions to ensure compliance
- Screen methodologies for eligibility against these frameworks before publication, and contribute to their development with the Science team
- Run the yearly compliance cycle: Standard annual report, ICVCM annual reporting, support the responsibilities of the Rainbow Secretariat
- Anticipate and lead adjustment to the Rainbow Standard to stay aligned with evolving carbon market integrity best-practices
- Track host-country carbon market rules (Kenya, Ghana, Singapore…): recognition of standards, Article 6 authorisations, LOAs, corresponding adjustments
- Represent Rainbow in industry coalitions (NEP, AFEN, DVNE), support our advocacy positions, and participate in carbon market-related working groups
- Track and translate key policy changes into relevant risks and opportunities
- You have 4+ years of experience in carbon markets: at a standard or registry, a consultancy, a ratings or integrity organisation, or in Article 6 policy
- You know the integrity frameworks in detail: ICVCM CCPs and Assessment Framework, CORSIA EEU criteria, CRCF, Article 6.2 and 6.4
- You are comfortable reading regulations and technical requirements in great detail and turning them into clear requirements and actions
- You are fluent enough in carbon crediting principles (baselines, additionality, permanence, leakage) to challenge them
- You have written or reviewed applications, PDDs or methodology assessments, and are able to balance rigorous standards with the on-the-ground constraints from the Project Developers' perspectives
- You are organised and run several submissions in parallel against hard deadlines
- You write clearly; you speak excellent English, French is a plus
