We are looking for a German-speaking Business Development Representative in our Business Development team to join us on this exciting journey!
Your mission

As our Business Development Representative at Prewave, you will…

  • Handle high volume prospecting for qualified leads

  • Develop new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, cold calling and emailing

  • Work closely and collaboratively with Account Executives to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans

  • Schedule online product demonstrations for a qualified lead whilst ensuring you meet your quarterly goals

  • Understand the customers requirements and needs using sales methodologies

  • Keep an overview over several projects at a time, monitor their progress and make sure deadlines are met

Your profile

Must haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education

  • 2+ years of experience in sales development in B2B environments

  • Very good at prospecting and cold-calling

  • Native or bilingual proficiency in German

  • Professional level fluency in English, both written and spoken

  • Outgoing personality and passion to succeed

  • Strong communication and listening skills

  • Living in a commutable distance to Vienna or willing to relocate

Bonus points for

  • Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn & LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Genuine interest in AI, risk prediction, supply chains and what we do

  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

What we offer you
  • An extensive compensation package
    We are offering an attractive compensation package that consists of a base salary and a performance-based bonus. The minimum OTE (on-target-earning), which is the projected salary (base + bonus), for this role is EUR 45.000 gross a year. The actual compensation package is based on your qualifications and experience.
