ABOUT THE ROLE
As Revenue Operations AI Intern, you’ll be the problem-solver behind an automation-first GTM engine. Reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, IT, Legal and many more to design, build, and maintain automations that remove busywork, improve data quality, and accelerate revenue.
You will evaluate and implement AI-enabled tools, integrate systems, and standardize processes across the company. You’ll also assist with vendor onboarding, coordinating security reviews, legal terms, and operational rollout, so new tools land smoothly, compliantly, and with measurable impact.
You thrive on open-ended problems: identifying root causes, framing them clearly, prototyping fast, shipping reliable solutions, and iterating based on feedback.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
1) Identify and prioritize high-ROI problems
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, IT, Legal, and others to uncover bottlenecks and root causes.
- Shadow workflows, review tickets and Slack threads, map processes, and quantify impact.
- Translate findings into a prioritized automation and AI backlog with clear deadlines.
2) Maintain and optimize the existing tool stack
- Help operate and improve core RevOps tools across knowledge management, signal tracking, meeting intelligence, and sales enablement/training; troubleshoot issues, reduce friction, and improve adoption.
- Keep workflows reliable: troubleshoot issues, reduce friction, and drive adoption through documentation and enablement.
3) Build and ship automations end-to-end (no/low-code + APIs + webhooks)
- Turn open-ended workflow problems into dependable automations: define the current state, design the target state, prototype quickly, test, launch, and iterate.
- Build n8n workflows that remove manual steps across GTM and internal operations.
- Use APIs and webhooks to connect systems and standardize processes across the company.
4) Embed AI into real workflows
- Identify tasks suited for AI, create prompts and guardrails, evaluate quality, and implement AI-enabled steps inside tools and processes.
Focus on practical enablement that teams can trust and use daily.
5) Support vendor research and onboarding
- Investigate process improvements and evaluate build-vs-buy options: research existing providers, compare pricing, and assess whether an internal automation can deliver similar value more efficiently.
- Support onboarding by completing security/legal questionnaires, partnering on rollout plans with your manager, documenting processes, and driving adoption with measurable outcomes.
- Collect user feedback post-launch and iterate to improve reliability and impact.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
1) Location
- Based in Berlin
2) Strong problem-solving and process thinking
- Structured thinker who can break down messy workflows, identify root causes, form hypotheses, and propose practical MVP solutions.
3) Builder mindset (automation + integrations)
- Comfortable using—or excited to learn—no/low-code automation and ops tools (e.g., n8n, HubSpot workflows, Zapier).
- Able to work with APIs at a basic level: read documentation, understand JSON, and connect systems via webhooks.
4) Starter coding fluency (TypeScript)
- Beginner familiarity with TypeScript and modern web concepts (requests, payloads, auth basics).
- Motivated to grow technical depth through projects—e.g., building simple internal web interfaces or lightweight tools that support workflows (often built with TypeScript in frameworks like React/Next.js).
5) Practical AI fluency
- Familiar with LLMs and prompt design; understands where AI helps, how to evaluate output quality, and when to implement guardrails.
- Curious about embedding AI into real workflows with reliability and user trust in mind.
6) Vendor research and onboarding support
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to research build-vs-buy options, compare providers and pricing, and summarize tradeoffs clearly.
- Comfortable coordinating onboarding steps with Legal/IT/Finance, tracking security/privacy documentation (e.g., GDPR and DPA basics), and supporting pilot → rollout planning.
7) Project and stakeholder management
- Able to manage an intake queue, prioritize based on impact and deadlines, communicate status proactively, and iterate quickly based on feedback.
8) Clear communication
- Clear, concise writer and presenter; fluent in English and comfortable working cross-functionally.
9) Education or equivalent experience
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data/Analytics, Computer Science, or similar.
- Bonus if you’ve built relevant experience through internships, projects, hackathons, or a portfolio of automations/integrations.
Nice to have: Prior internship/project in SaaS/FinTech GTM, exposure to HubSpot/Salesforce.
