Recognized as a market pioneer and leader, OneTrust boasts over 300 patents and serves more than 14,000 customers globally, ranging from industry giants to small businesses.The Ethics & Compliance, Sr. Manager will be a key member of the Ethics, Compliance & Sustainability (ECS) team, serving as an ethics and compliance expert to help drive the delivery of our objectives for the ECS Program. Reporting to the Director, Ethics and Compliance, this role is critical in ensuring a fair, consistent, and compliant approach to handling employee concerns and workplace issues, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. You'll advise on the application of our global compliance program requirements and promote our culture of trust and integrity.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s ethics and compliance program in alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Monitor the effectiveness of compliance policies, procedures, and training, making updates as needed.
- Manage the Code of Trust (aka our Code of Conduct) ensuring that it is up to date, understood, and enforced
- Design and deliver ethics and compliance training programs for employees, managers, and third parties.
- Promote a culture of integrity and ethical decision-making across the organization.
- Manage the intake, triage, and investigation of ethics and compliance concerns reported through the helpline, email, or other channels.
- As requested, be the lead investigator on internal investigations, conducting thorough, impartial, and timely investigations into employee complaints, allegations of misconduct, violations of company policies, and ethics concerns across the organization.
- Drive data collection and analysis, review documents, prepare interview outlines, conduct interviews, and complete investigation reports.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, Information Security, and other internal teams to ensure consistent application of policies and resolution of cases.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners, managers, and employees on complex employee relations issues.
- Manage administration of Speak Up, OneTrust’s whistleblower program and the Trustline, our hotline ensuring timely responses and updates to reporters.
- Keeping up to date on ethics & compliance regulations and policy developments and ensuring stakeholders are aware of applicable requirements
- Passionate about building a culture of trust and integrity
- Able to maintain independence and confidentiality of sensitive information and have a high degree of ethics and integrity
- Experienced with conducting integrity investigations in a professional, thorough and confidential manner
- Excellent interviewing, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Experienced with compliance training and awareness activities
- Comfortable conducting internal presentations

- Self-motivated, tenacious, curious and creative, with a sense of humor
- Super organized with the ability to manage projects concurrently while maintaining priorities and meeting deadlines.
- 10+ years of experience overseeing ethics and compliance programs
- 5+ years’ experience conducting both integrity and HR investigations in a corporate environment (prior government service experience relevant as well)
- Multilingual capability or experience delivering compliance programs in a multinational environment. Must be fluent in English.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering Code of Conduct, compliance, or ethics training programs across diverse employee populations.
- Familiarity with international compliance standards (e.g., FCPA, UK Bribery Act, GDPR, global trade regulations, human rights frameworks).
- Proven ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, accessible training materials.
- Advanced degree (e.g., JD, MBA, or related field) or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCEP, CCEP-I) preferred.
