YOU ARE...
✅ A recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
💡 Passionate about business development, strategy, and partnerships, eager to learn and grow.
🚀 Skilled in communication and relationship management, with a knack for building connections.
📚 Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and experience with CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus.
🔍 Able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while collaborating effectively with others.
📈 Previous experience or internship in sales, business development, or partnerships is a bonus.
💡 Passionate about business development, strategy, and partnerships, eager to learn and grow.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE...
Strategy Development
- Collaborating with the CEO to define the partnership program’s goals, target partners, and engagement models.
- Conducting research to identify potential partners across relevant industries.
- Developing strategies that align with Pemo’s business goals and market positioning.
Outreach & Relationship Building
- Crafting a structured outreach plan to engage potential partners via email, LinkedIn, and networking events.
- Assisting in the creation of proposals, presentations, and materials to communicate the value of partnering with Pemo.
- Building and nurturing relationships with current and potential partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
Program Management
- Helping establish an onboarding and enablement framework to ensure partner success.
- Assisting in setting up metrics to track the performance of the partnership program and recommend improvements.
- Facilitating partner communication and addressing inquiries to maintain a strong working relationship.
Enablement & Growth
- Identifying opportunities to optimize partner engagement through training, events, and co-marketing activities.
- Contributing to the creation of content and resources that support partners in effectively promoting Pemo’s solutions.
