Job Description

• Conduct comprehensive desktop research to support Visa’s projects and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in the analysis of data and trends to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with team members to support the delivery of project objectives and revenue targets.
• Contribute to the development of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the Visa Consulting and Analytics team with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
• This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and logical, structured thinking
• Previous internship experience in management or business consulting project engagements with relevant industry experience in financial services and payment, or in issuers (card companies) is a plus
• Proficiency in both Korean and English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Curious and up-to-date with digital and consumer trends
• Self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous tasks concurrently
• Eligible to work 3 months as a full-time Research Assistant
