We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Aftersales Team Leader to oversee the performance and development of our team. In this position, you will ensure that all post-sales activities run smoothly, service levels meet our standards, and client satisfaction remains consistently high. You will guide the team, coordinate complex cases, and work cross-functionally to remove obstacles and improve processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, order management, supply chain, packaging, or a similar operational role; experience in a leadership or senior position is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of post-sales processes, production workflows, and documentation requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, set priorities, and manage workloads in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage client expectations and handle challenging situations - both Polish and English ; additional languages are a plus.
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially in time-sensitive or ambiguous situations.
  • Good command of CRM and order management tools; ability to work efficiently with digital systems and data.
  • Strong collaboration skills — comfortable working with Sourcing, Logistics, DTP, Production, and other internal teams.
  • Ability to drive process improvements and identify opportunities for operational optimization.

Responsibilities of a After Sales Team:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after order confirmation, providing proactive updates on timelines, changes, requirements, and potential risks.
  • Review and verify technical documentation to ensure accuracy and readiness for production.
  • Address and resolve issues such as delays, complaints, or quality concerns, coordinating with all relevant departments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM systems and internal order-handling tools.
  • Work closely with Sourcing, Packaging Development, DTP, and Logistics teams to secure smooth project execution and timely delivery.


Responsibilities of a After Sales Team Leader:

  • Lead, coach, and support the Aftersales team in delivering exceptional post-sales service.
  • Monitor team workload, set priorities, and ensure timely handling of customer requests, documentation, and issue resolution.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex cases related to delays, complaints, or quality issues.
  • Oversee and improve processes for validating technical documentation and preparing orders for production.
  • Ensure data accuracy in CRM and operational systems, maintaining high standards of reporting and documentation.
  • Track team KPIs and implement actions to improve customer satisfaction, response times, and complaint resolution metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with Sourcing, Packaging Development, DTP, and Logistics to eliminate bottlenecks and secure smooth order execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members.

  • in the case of recruitment for the position indicated in the advertisement, to conclude an employment contract under the provisions of the Labour Code, i.e. pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR in connection with Art. 221§ 1 of the Labour Code regarding first and last name, date of birth, contact details, education, professional qualifications and previous employment, and regarding personal data categories other than the above-mentioned ones, such data will be processed on the basis of your consent, i.e. pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR,

3. the right to erase data (if, in your opinion, there are no grounds for processing of your personal data, you may request their erasure),

8. the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data (at any time you may withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data on the basis of your consent, and the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before its withdrawal).

Personal data will be processed both in paper and electronic form – in IT systems, however, the Controller will not make automated decisions (including in the form of profiling).
