The position
Job description
We are looking for a highly committed and rigorous Executive Assistant to support the CEO in a fast-growing, demanding, and stimulating environment. This role goes well beyond traditional administrative support: it is a position of trust, with high responsibility, requiring anticipation and excellent execution.
You will play a key role in enabling the CEO to operate at the right level of focus and impact, while contributing to the overall efficiency and professionalism of the organization.
1. CEO agenda
Orchestrate and optimize the CEO’s agenda with a comprehensive view of strategic priorities, key deadlines, and business impact
Ensure seamless coordination of logistics (travel, expenses, meeting preparation, and alignment with internal and external stakeholders)
Proactively optimize time allocation to maximize strategic focus and decision-making efficiency
2. External engagements & Events management
Lead the planning and execution of external events (offsites, conferences, executive breakfasts, investor meetings, etc.)
Oversee event logistics, vendor coordination, and budget monitoring when applicable
Coordinate and manage the CEO’s external speaking engagements and public appearances
3. Internal operations & Culture support
Support the organization of internal initiatives that foster company culture and team cohesion
Oversee general administrative and operational coordination, including procurement and vendor management when required
Preferred experience
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives
Proven ability to handle complex agendas and high-responsibility roles
Extremely rigorous, reliable, and detail-oriented
Strong sense of ownership and commitment to the quality of work delivered
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while maintaining calm and structure
Fluent in French and English
Recruitment process
HR Call (15 minutes call) – An initial discussion to better understand your background, experiences, and motivations.
Technical Interview (60 minutes call) – A deep dive into your technical skills and expertise relevant to the role including a technical case
Founder Interview: As final step of our recruitment process, you will meet the founders of Orakl Oncology in person at our office. This meeting is an opportunity for the founders to assess cultural fit and ensure alignment with our company values.
