And to build and strengthen this superpower, we’re on the lookout for an amazing Enterprise Solutions Engineer .

Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities:

Enterprise Onboarding & API Integration

  • Lead onboarding of enterprise customers integrating Connected Banking APIs.
  • Coordinate with internal bank operations and bank teams for sandbox setup, IP whitelisting, and credential provisioning.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to validate payloads, authentication, and callback flows.
  • Maintain structured onboarding trackers, ensuring UAT → Production transitions happen smoothly.

Solution Support & Troubleshooting

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers.
  • Diagnose issues related to authentication, payouts, statement syncs, and webhooks.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and bank tech teams for root cause analysis.
  • Own communication loops — acknowledge, resolve, and update customers proactively.

Liaison with Banks & Internal Teams

  • Partner with banks’ API product and tech teams for credential renewals, sandbox issues, and go-live escalations.
  • Communicate new API releases, compliance changes, and process updates to customers.
  • Relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams to enhance reliability and usability.

Documentation & Process Excellence

  • Maintain integration guides, FAQs, and API issue playbooks for enterprise customers.
  • Draft SOPs for common error handling and escalation paths.
  • Contribute to improving developer documentation, SDKs, and internal testing tools.
Requirements
  • 3–6 years of experience in fintech, API integrations, enterprise onboarding, or solution engineering.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON payloads, authentication (OAuth2, HMAC), and HTTP protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with Postman, API debugging, and sandbox/UAT testing.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across business, tech, and bank teams.
  • Highly organized and accountable with a problem-solving mindset.
