Responsibilities:
  • Consultative Selling: Provide tailored solutions for digital and traditional lending, payments, and connected banking.
  • Market Expansion: Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and scale business operations.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, financial leaders, and lending institutions.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive sales targets and contribute to overall business expansion.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay updated on lending trends, banking regulations, and payment innovations.
  • Leadership & Scaling: Demonstrate leadership potential to transition into a BU Head role, overseeing business strategy and execution.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years in sales within digital lending, banking, NBFCs, and payments.
  • DSA Network: Strong connections with DSAs and lending partners to drive business growth.
  • Digital Lending & Payments: Expertise in loan origination, underwriting, and digital lending platforms.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to sell to senior executives and financial decision-makers.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to scale operations and transition into a leadership role.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
