Job Description: Executive - Inside Sales
Experience:- 1 to 3 Years
Location:- Bangalore
Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to potential customers (mainly CAs and tax professionals) via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
  • Understand customer needs and convert opportunities into successful sales
  • Build rapport and trust with prospects to ensure long-term engagement
  • Take complete ownership of assigned leads and independently drive conversions
  • Conduct virtual demos and, if required, meet customers in person to close the deal
  • Follow up consistently and ensure every sales opportunity is tracked
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, meetings, and deals in CRM
  • Share market feedback and insights with the internal product and marketing teams
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales (SaaS, fintech, or tax-tech preferred)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership of sales tasks
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus)
  • Understanding of the CA and tax professional ecosystem is highly preferred
  • Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
