Strength in Trust

OneTrust unlocks the full potential of data and AI, securely and responsibly. Our platform enforces the secure handling of company data, empowering organizations to drive innovation responsibly while mitigating risks. With a comprehensive suite of solutions spanning data and AI security, privacy, governance, risk, ethics, and compliance, OneTrust enables seamless collaboration between data teams and risk teams to enable rapid and trusted innovation. Recognized as the market leader in trust, OneTrust boasts over 300 patents and serves more than 14,000 customers globally, ranging from industry giants to small businesses.

The Challenge

The Customer Success Architect (CSA) role is a strategic advisor within our Privacy/GRC/Compliance product portfolio. We are looking for passionate technical experts with significant industry experience to help ensure strategic success and achieve value while engaging with our portfolio of selected OneTrust customers.

Specifically, here we are looking for an architect that fits into our ‘Consent and Preferences’ product offering within our ‘Privacy & Data Governance’ Cloud. In today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape, significant privacy and technological shifts are changing the way individuals and businesses choose to share their personal data with organizations. Therefore, companies are making it imperative to build a data life cycle management program that streamlines interconnectivity as consented data gets collected, centralized, actioned, and deleted. We need someone who can advise them on the challenges they will face and how to overcome them as they look to use OneTrust to meet their business outcomes

Your Mission

  • Establish Trusted Advisor status with senior business and technology leaders.
  • Develop and present strategic application and architectural design documents leveraging OneTrust best practices.
  • Lead strategic workshops and develop high-level solution recommendations based on business objectives and feasibility trade-offs.
  • Deliver thought leadership through presentations, webinars, and learning events to highlight customer use cases and reference architectures.
  • Provide strategic subject matter expertise through advisory sessions, pre-sales support, and field assistance.
  • Collaborate with external teams to align roadmaps and technical architectures with strategic business goals.
  • Translate and implement strategic needs into practical OneTrust technology-driven solutions.
  • Proactively identify and analyze strategic issues/obstacles and recommend appropriate courses of action.
  • Effectively present to both implementation teams and C-level executives, earning their trust.
  • Advocate for customers by providing strategic insights to the Product organization on future release needs and challenges.
  • Refine and improve internal processes and methodologies based on strategic customer feedback and evolving industry standards.
  • Manage multiple strategic engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Engage with customers to build long-term strategic relationships and ensure ongoing success.
  • Mentor less experienced team members and customers to enhance their strategic skills and understanding.
  • Establish structured feedback loops with customers to continuously improve OneTrust products and services.

You Are

  • Demonstrated expertise in customer-facing privacy and security consulting, implementation, and advisory roles.
  • Familiarity with privacy, ethics, security, compliance, or sustainability concepts, standards, processes, and issues.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts, business models, regulations, and technologies.
  • Strong aptitude for communicating complex business and technical concepts using visualization and modeling aids.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of establishing trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with large-scale, technologically complex accounts.

Nice to have

    • In-depth knowledge of OneTrust products and their application in managing business operations.
    • Certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPP/US, CIPT, FIP, GRCP, GRCA, CRISC, or CTPRP

Where we Work

OneTrust embraces a hybrid working model. Our Working@ OneTrust initiative is our way of clarifying where we hire, how we work together, and where we’re located in that hybrid model.

The underlying “why” for Working@ is that we are intentional about the culture that we want to create together. That includes bringing teams together, in-person, throughout the year to collaborate, build connections, learn from each other, and celebrate our wins to Finish Stronger.

We are committed to a flexible approach informed by a set of guiding principles. You’ll see that reflected in our worker designations: “Office-flex” and “Location-flex”.

  • Office-flex: Like a traditional hybrid model, OneTrust “Office-flex” employees may be asked to work in an office periodically if they are within a commutable distance to a OneTrust office. This includes coming into the office for our Company Kickoff, Company All Hands, and other larger company events. Beyond that, we give our leaders and teams the flexibility to set additional guidelines based on the nature of your role.
  • Location-flex: Similar to other companies’ remote policies, for OneTrust “Location-flex" roles, you will primarily work from your home office location. However, you may be required to travel to our OneTrust offices or customer sites periodically based on the nature of your role.

Each role may have specific requirements, so we encourage you to verify the location of the role with your recruiter during your first interview.

Benefits

As an employee at OneTrust, you will be part of the OneTeam. That means you’ll receive support physically, mentally, and emotionally so that you can do your best work both in and out of the office. This includes comprehensive healthcare coverage, flexible PTO, equity stock options, annual performance bonus opportunities, retirement account support, 14+ weeks of paid parental leave, career development opportunities, company-paid privacy certification exam fees, and much more. Specific benefits differ by country. For more information, talk to your recruiter or visit onetrust.com/careers.
