The Challenge
The Senior Global Compensation Partner – Operations & Programs will impact OneTrust’s ability to be an employer of choice in the software industry. You will focus on identifying and leading foundational and strategic projects including identifying and executing improved process efficiencies. This role will be focused on critical projects including job architecture for sales and non-sales roles, job mapping and survey submission, annual and ad hoc compensation initiatives, strategic compensation projects and annual compensation cycles. This role will also develop and execute project management tools and frameworks to drive operational efficiencies and improvements based on financial and customer identified needs and improvements.
Your Mission
The Senior Global Compensation Partner will work with the larger Compensation team and key stakeholders to identify the most impactful processes and initiatives to develop or improve for execution in the near and long-term. You will define and drive the global process continuous improvement activities both proactively and reactively as we mature based on multiple methods of feedback from leadership, HR, managers, and employees, inclusive of success metrics and analytics. Create and manage documentation and training guides to support our function and clients with new initiatives, process changes and implementation in areas of focus such as cash and equity-based programs as well as core Compensation processes and models for our current and future global footprint. You will define the journey to operational efficiency through defined and executed core and ad hoc processes including short- and long-term metrics. This new role is an opportunity to analyze, define and build as part of the People team with a broad stakeholder group in a dynamic company.

Your Experience Includes
- BA or Higher or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting and/or Total Rewards; with knowledge in employee-based programs in architecting and rolling out solutions
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to explain compensation concepts to a broad range of employees, leaders, etc., whether one-on-one or via leading training sessions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including effective customer-facing communication skills.
For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
Salary Range
$139,600—$209,387.50 USD
