The Challenge
OneTrust is looking for a Director of Technology Alliances to manage, evolve, and develop deep business relationships with targeted ISVs. We have developed 500+ technology integrations and have strategic relationships with Snowflake, Google, Salesforce, and other big tech providers. The role will be measured on the impact of Annual Contract Value (ACV) by executing joint business plans, partner integration development, partner GTM (go-to-market) offerings, and joint engagements with sales. You will positively drive the relationships with partners across the globe and enable partners to influence client activity.

Your Mission
The Director of Technology Alliances is an individual contributor and will maintain global technology partners covering our Consent and Preference product offerings. This is a business-focused role that requires a broad market understanding of the advertising/publisher and marketing technology ecosystem. Your level of product knowledge will need to extend beyond OneTrust and delve into understanding the product offerings of all of the tech partners you’ll be engaging while being able to qualify the value proposition a joint integration would deliver as measured by driving customer business outcomes.
In This Role You Will Also
- Lead engagement with 5-10 technology partners
- Drive partner executive commitment to raise OneTrust's standing with partners
- Bring the weight of OneTrust to drive our more strategic partner relationships
- Lead with a consultative approach to build a productive partner relationship
- Represent and present OneTrust and Tech Partner value proposition
- Build actionable business plans to achieve short & long-term goals
- Handle partner contract negotiations and accurate forecasting to management
- Communicate effectively with all levels (C, SVP, VP, Director, etc.) and key decision-makers
- Ability to navigate and accelerate the partner's leverage of product solutions
- Align with cross-functional teams on external facing messaging for new or existing partners that engage with OneTrust
- Lead account mapping with reseller/ co-marketing partners as well as deal flow mapping and reporting
You Are
You are a strong leader willing to challenge the norm – your voice will be heard so it’s important to have an opinion. You are able to work autonomously - ask lots of questions, get answers, and execute independently. Additionally, you must be open to travel 20-30%.
Your Experience Includes
- Successful track record of managing ISV and Technology Partnerships with a focus on business development, enablement, GTM, and ACV attainment
- 10+ years of experience in leading strategic partner relationships with demonstrable outcomes in associated software businesses
- Proven ability to navigate and advocate internally for the partner and program, including Product Management, Product Marketing, Operations, Technology Alliances, Support, Professional Services, Training, Sales Ops, and Legal
- Exemplary relationship-building skills, with proven ability to drive lasting relationships of mutual value with partners and sales team
- Knowledge of the advertising, publisher, and marketing technology markets
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
