We help hardware companies launch their own electricity plans by abstracting all legal and operational complexity of an electricity retailer into a simple API layer. One year in, we are now the trusted energy partner for Europe’s leading solar and heat pump retailers.
Nomos is a licensed and regulated electricity retailer focused on bringing dynamic electricity plans to consumers by partnering with manufacturers and installers of energy assets (heat pumps, PV, wall boxes). By transforming businesses into full-service providers and saving energy costs for consumers, we aim to reorganize the power structures in the energy industry.

About the team

We raised a $2m pre-seed round from tier-1 investors, including the founders of Forto, Soundcloud, Dance, Swan, Polarstern Energie, Enode and more.
You will join a lean, talent-dense team and work directly with Stefan (CEO). Started by Nils (CTO) and Stefan in 2024, the Nomos team now consists of former researchers, open-source founders and senior engineers united by a deep frustration of the current energy system and the vision to build a category leading enterprise out of Europe.
We work in a beautiful office in Berlin-Mitte. We strive to build a strong culture of effective communication, ownership and belonging. In this critical phase of our venture this translates to working in-person in Berlin with a likeminded group of humble and ambitious people.

What you’ll do

In short

Win new customers. You’ll dive deep into the energy space, identify new customers, engage decision-makers, and help close deals.
Become a force multiplier. Your work will directly impact our growth—whether it’s identifying and qualifying high-potential leads, engaging with partners, or going the extra-mile to push a deal over the line. You’ll see firsthand what it takes to own sales at an early-stage venture.

Responsibilities

Research and identify sales targets across Europe and help us close leading European enterprises.
Drive special GTM projects, do the unconventional and help Nomos win.
Work closely with the CEO to refine our sales strategy and outreach.
Be a learning machine! We want you to grow with us and solve hard challenges that lie outside your comfort zone.
