Arbeitszeit: 16-20 Stunden pro Woche
🚀 Deine Verantwortlichkeiten:
PR & Outreach Support: Recherche und Ansprache für Platzierungen (z. B. Podcasts) sowie Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Pflege relevanter Medien- und Partnerlisten
Event Support: Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Messen, nilo- und Community-Events
Content Marketing & Content-Management: Erstellung, Adaption und Lokalisierung von Inhalten (z. B. Übersetzungen) sowie Pflege von Content auf Website und weiteren Kanälen (z. B. WordPress)
Social Media Community & Growth: Monitoring relevanter Diskussionen, aktives Interagieren (Kommentare, DMs) sowie systematisches Vernetzen mit relevanten Zielgruppen (z. B. Invites, Kontaktpflege), um unsere Social Media Community auszubauen und Engagement zu steigern
Social Media Support: Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Content auf LinkedIn, Instagram und perspektivisch weiteren Kanälen – inklusive Reels/Short-Formaten und Redaktionsarbeit
B2B Marketing Support: Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft sowie Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung laufender Marketing-Initiativen, Kampagnen und Projekte
👀 Du bist erfolgreich mit diesen Skills und Erfahrungen:
Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in, idealerweise in Marketing, Kommunikation, Psychologie oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
Du kannst sehr gut schreiben und hast ein gutes Gespür für Tonalität, klare Botschaften und Zielgruppen
Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und und lernst dich schnell in neue Themen und Tools ein
Du bist kreativ, bringst eigene Ideen ein und hast Spaß daran, Ideen weiterzuentwickeln und in die Umsetzung zu bringen
Bonus: Erfahrung mit Tools wie HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, Figma oder LinkedIn
