User Operations Specialist (f/m/d) (German-speaking, Part-time 20h/week)

Become a part of nilo and help us to remove the stigma surrounding mental health! Play a vital role in building THE platform for mental wellbeing in the workplace.

We are looking for a candidate who can work 20 hours per week (based on a 5 day work week).

    • Morning shift: 9.00 am - 1.00 pm (excl. breaks)
    • Late shift: 3.00 pm - 7.00 pm (excl. breaks)

        Ideally, you can take over the late shift on 2-3 days per week.

        🚀 Your responsibility:

        • You are the first point of contact for our users and psychologists for questions about our product, scheduling/rescheduling and technical problems
        • You ensure the professional support of user inquiries via email, telephone and chat during our opening hours (Monday - Friday from 9.00am - 7.00pm)
        • You support users in matching and know exactly to which nilo.expert you have to forward special requests
        • You are in constant contact with team members from different departments, especially from our Psychology and Tech teams


          👀 You'll be successful with these skills:

          • Ideally, you have at least 1+ years of experience in the areas of customer support/ customer care/ user operations
          • Your written and verbal communication skills in German and English are fluent
          • Working with people is your passion and you love to communicate
          • Your high level of empathy is what sets you apart as you’ll need a sensitive feel for the needs of our users
          • You’re extremely customer- and solution-oriented
          • You are a great organizational talent and remain calm even in stressful situations
          • You have an independent, proactive way of working and quickly familiarize yourself with new programs and processes
