Position Summary:

As an Inside Sales Support Representative (“ISSR”), you will be part of our Commercial Team. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Business Development Directors as they seek to develop business within the Biotech, Pharma, and Non-Profit market segments including generating product inventory reports, manage customer requests and feedback, assisting with feasibility cases and opportunity pipeline management, and various reports for the Sales team. Responsibilities:
  • Create, modify, and track opportunities for the Business Development Directors
  • Submit feasibility cases and pre-qualify opportunities, when necessary
  • Communicate with customers on behalf of Business Development Directors during travel
  • Generate reports of existing product inventory as needed
  • Generate month end and quarter end account briefings and performance reports as needed
  • Answer inbound inquiries via phone, email, and web as necessary
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of highly successful work experience
  • Demonstrable, excellent track record of accuracy and efficiency in work output.
  • Experience/education in biotechnology, life science, or business preferred.
