As a Resource Management Coordinator - Pathology (m/f/d) you will play a central role in the operational core of our Pathology Department, ensuring that pathological assessments are delivered efficiently, on time, and in a structured manner across multiple projects, including clinical trials and validation studies.

You will operate in a highly dynamic environment with changing project timelines, shifting priorities, and limited resource availability. As no fully established coordination system currently exists, you will actively contribute to building, implementing, and refining sustainable structures and processes.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complexity, takes ownership, and enjoys creating clarity where structure is still evolving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage resources (particularly pathologists) across multiple concurrent projects
  • Prioritize tasks based on deadlines, project requirements, and resource availability
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve effective planning and organizational systems
  • Collaborate closely with project teams, pathologists, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure smooth operations under time pressure and in the face of changing requirements
  • Identify inefficiencies and proactively drive process and workflow improvements

Position Qualifications (Education, Skills, Experience):

  • Strong ability to bring structure into complex and dynamic environments
  • Quick comprehension and the ability to make sound, independent decisions
  • High resilience and the ability to remain calm, focused, and solution-oriented under pressure
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong sense of prioritization
  • Proactive, self-driven working style and clear sense of ownership
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Tech-savvy, with confidence in working with digital tools and planning systems

Ideal Background:

  • Experience in a coordination, operations, or organizational role (e.g. operations management, project coordination, executive support, hospitality, healthcare, or similar environments)
  • Proven success working in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments with shifting priorities
  • Experience with resource or project planning tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Monday.com) is a plus
  • Exposure to medical or scientific settings is advantageous but not required

What we offer:

  • A key role with high ownership and tangible impact
  • The opportunity to build and shape structures from the ground up
  • A dynamic and intellectually challenging work environment
  • Short decision-making paths and a collaborative, trust-based team culture
