With a growing number of customers around the world, and an exciting data-driven product that is developing continuously, we are looking for a Director of Sales (full-time) to join our team in Vienna or remotely.
Tasks
As Director of Sales, you are contributing to Necture’s growth and driving new business revenue by acquiring new clients for Necture’s products and services in our core markets. You will nurture and empower a high-performing sales team, driving exceptional results within a supportive, scalable framework while holding full P&L responsibility to fuel further success. With a focus on people and strategic vision, you will ensure that both the team and the sales framework evolve in alignment with Necture’s ambitious goals.
Requirements
- Proven track record (5+ years) in sales leadership roles, preferably within B2B and digital environments.
- Experience in nurturing, developing, and empowering high-performing sales teams.
- Ability to seamlessly integrate into a pre-existing sales team. Comfortable with operating heavily collaboratively, thinking outside the box and maintaining flexibility.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with key clients, partners, and internal stakeholders, with a track record of closing deals with a long term angle.
- Demonstrated ability to create, model, and deliver tailored offers to clients, and work towards agreements, especially in highly technical product environments.
- Solid understanding of technology trends & sales tools (e.g., cloud-based solutions, AI, SaaS, CRMs, etc).
- Experience collaborating with executive leadership to align sales strategies with broader company objectives.
- Ability to represent Necture as a thought leader by proactively presenting at key industry events and engaging with media when appropriate.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about clients' needs and pain points, translating insights into business opportunities.
- Alignment with Necture’s values, prioritizing people and fostering a supportive work environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with the ability to drive change when needed and maintaining a long-term strategic vision.
- Willingness to travel for business as required and to be in Vienna´s office to maximise cooperation with the leadership team
- Fluency in English; and German is a very strong plus.
