Director of Strategy & Operations
About Moove
Moove is one of the world's fastest-growing mobility infrastructure companies.
We finance and supply vehicles to mobility platforms across Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America and we're building the infrastructure layer that the next generation of mobility will depend on. The company is pre-IPO, operating at scale across multiple geographies, and moving through one of the most consequential phases of its growth.
The pace is fast and the stakes are high. The decisions being made now will define the company for a decade. We are building the next phase of this business to be AI-native from the ground up and the people around the leadership table need to be operating at their best.
About the Role
The Director of Strategy & Operations serves as a trusted partner to the Co-CEO and President, ensuring that ambitious growth plans are executable, aligned, and supported across the organisation. The role will be crucial in operationalizing the vision of Moove.
On the execution side, this role owns the operating rhythm of the leadership team, converts strategic direction into clear accountabilities, and ensures decisions are structured, actioned, and embedded across business units. On the strategic side, the Director of Strategy & Operations researches and constructs long-term corporate strategy, embeds governance and decision rights, and provides forward-looking scenario analysis to feed into any corporate planning.
Because much of the company’s operating infrastructure is still being built, this role carries significant build responsibility. The Director of Strategy & Operations will design the ways of working, stand up performance frameworks, and embed the OKR and scorecard systems through which the business runs. This is an execution role with strategic range, the ratio matters, and the ceiling is high.
