About the Role

As a Fleet Deployment Specialist, you will be responsible for all non-routine vehicle logistics. You will be tasked with ensuring the vehicle is fully set up and ready for the day’s mission including but not limited to software troubleshooting

What You’ll be Doing

  • AV troubleshooting during vehicle launch and software updates including basic troubleshooting at shift startup.

  • Supporting across all areas of fleet management including vehicle arrangement, set-up, and deployment

  • Set up cars for charging and maneuver cars in parking lot and any required vehicle transits, whilst maintaining our mandated safety standards

  • Completion of daily reports and documents in line with partner safety and operational standards

  • Assist with simple vehicle adjustments and settings while cars are parked.

  • Disinfect cars, work stations and prepare sanitization kits.

  • Maintain Moove AV’s high standard of safety, inside and outside of the vehicle

  • Responsible for pushing shift efficiency

  • Ensuring startup and shiftend checklists are being followed in line with SOPs

What You will need for this position

  • High school diploma or GED required. College degree in related field preferred

  • Must have and maintain a driving record that meets state AVT (Autonomous Vehicle Tester) and/or other applicable regulations and laws; and

  • Meets driver requirements, including driving record and criminal history under applicable regulations and laws in the state(s) in which the self-driving vehicle monitor will be working.

  • Capable of responding quickly to changing and potentially high-pressure environments;

  • Exemplary time and schedule management

  • Commitment to continuous development and proficiency

  • Ability to work on shift rotation

  • Right to work in the US


Who You'll Be Working with:

Directly reporting to our Shift Manager, and closely working with our Operations Team.
